
The Hisar School Human Resources Department which was established during the 2002-2003 academic year performs activities related to the internal communication at school, recruitment and selection, orientation of new faculty and staff, compensation and benefits management, professional development and performance management, and matters pertaining to personnel rights and benefits. The Human Resources department organizes events and activities which contribute toward the strengthening of social relations among employees. The Department also carries out procedures that support professional development and training.
The Human Resources department plays an ever important support role as the school strives to pursue and achieve its mission and goals towards “creating a result focused performance culture".
