The Caretakers of the Environment International (CEI) Conference was held between June 28 and July 4 in Lisbon, Portugal. Forty one school delegations from 21 countries attended the conference including Hisar School. Alara B.’18, Defne B.’18, Doğa Ç.’18, Selen K.’18, and Selin B’18. represented Hisar with their teachers, Serena Kürkçüoğlu and Barış Has. Our students presented on “The Ongoing Marine Diversity in Turkey” and their video, “The Future of the Oceans,” was selected as one of the top 10 in the short video competition.
