This was a year-long program of developing their 21st century skills in the areas of; Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics (STEAM) with their science teachers and the IT department. They participated in missions and video conferences such as Mission Patch, Toys in Space, Living and Working in Space, Solar System Vacation and Human to Mars. At the end of the year, they shared their knowledge and skills with their classmates on June 6th as part of Science Day through hands-on activities and games. This helped them prepare for the “Future Explorers Summit” that will be held in August.
