Our High School students attended the Innovation Summit event held at the American Community School in Athens on 18-19 February 2020.
With the inspiration from Hisar Coding Summit, Athens American Community School organized the first of the “Innovation Summit” organizations in 2018 with the support of our Computer Education Department and our students. Cooperation between the two schools continued with this process, including the Thessaloniki American Farm School.
In the event, our High School students participated in four different workshops: Fusion360 & 3D Design, Scratch & MakeyMakey Programming, Micro: bit Python Programming, Entrepreneurship 101.
For our students, this collaboration was an experience in which they shared their knowledge and skills, intercultural communication took place and ideas emerged for new projects. We congratulate our students and contributing teachers and wish them continued success.
