Finance and Administrative Affairs
Finance and Administrative Affairs Department is responsible for fulfilling the following services, in line with the legislations of the General Directorate of Foundations; Ministry of Education; Ministry of Finance; Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services; and corporate policies/procedures:

- Purchasing - Supplier Management
- Campus Technical - Internal services
- Health Services - Infirmary
- Occupational Health and Safety (İSİG)
The actual state of the Financial and Administrative system built per the national and international standards is presented to the Board of Trustees, Board of Directors, School Management, other relevant parties and official authorities periodically and impartially.
Budget and Reporting
The Budget Management and Reporting processes are carried out annually, quarterly and monthly in line with the 5-year projections in order to ensure continuity and sustainability of the financial strength of the institution. “Compliance with the budget discipline” is a core principle. Systematic management of each financial table and reporting is ensured.
Accounting - Tax/SSI
The documents associated with accounting, tax/social insurance legislation are recorded on the legal books on a daily basis; treasury and SSI payment obligations are fulfilled on time; and the entire process is audited periodically.
Tuition announcement and collection process management: The tuition is announced in line with the legislation of the Ministry of National Education, and registration takes place on the announcement date. Tuition is collected in cash or via credit installment system (contracted bank regular payments).
Purchasing - Supplier Management
All kinds of products and services are purchased through the specifications, company research, contract, implementation, and control processes in line with the allocated budget. Top quality achievement is a key principle.
Security, Cleaning, Catering, Transportation, and Insurance services are outsourced via suppliers.
Security: The supplier company with 19 employees holds the ISO 9001-2015 / 14001-2015 / OHSAS 18001-2007 / TS 12782 certificates. The premises thereof are monitored with a closed-circuit camera system (CCTV) on a 24/7 basis, both indoors and outdoors.
Cleaning: The supplier company with 34 employees holds the ISO 9001-2015 / 14001-2015 / OHSAS 18001 / TS 12524 certificates.
Catering: The supplier company with 34 employees holds the ISO 22000-2005 / 45001-2018 / 14001-2015 / 9001-2015 / TS OIC/SMIIC certificates.
Transportation: The supplier company with 51 employees holds the OHSAS 18001-2007 / ISO 37001-2016 / 27001-2013 / 22301-2012 / 14001-2015 / 10002-2014 / 9001-2015 / TS 12257 certificates.
Insurance: The premises are insured by the elementary insurance policies.
Campus Technical - Internal services
The campus is built on an area of approximately 24,000 m2. The base of the school buildings is 11,400 m2, and the indoor area is equal to 30,675 m2.
Electricity, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, maintenance and repair works, as well as the internal services such as tea houses and consulting are carried out with systematic controls with the permanent staff and institutions accredited by the Ministry.
Health Services - Infirmary
Hisar Okulları ensures that its students and employees have equal, permanent and optimal access to the protective, diagnostic and therapeutic health services. Hisar Okulları Health Department consists of a physician and three full-time and one part-time nurses, serving during school hours and throughout the activities out of school hours.
The emergency ambulance service is provided by SOS International.
Occupational Health and Safety
In line with the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, the OHS committee which consists of an occupational safety specialist and occupational physician, undertakes the necessary practices and checks, and performs the necessary improvements in accordance with the legislation.
Emergency plans are issued in order to prevent injury to students, staff and visitors and suspension of education activities partially or wholly, as well as adversary impact on the environment in every extraordinary situation that may arise.
The earthquake resistance reports of the premises, separate muster areas for each school building and an emergency warehouse with equipment and materials required to be used outside of school buildings are available for all possible emergencies.
