Preschool P.E. courses include basic skills such as balance, coordination, flexibility, control. While using their gross muscles students gain strength, flexibility, balance and timing. In the other hand, small muscle movements help them gain hand-eye coordination. They develop body awareness by taking part in different individual and group activity.
The program aims to develop fundamental movement skills, motor, cognitive, linguistic, socio-emotional and self-care ability. Besides, it encourages children to sustain physical activities for the rest of their life.
