Hisar’s 6th grade students attended the training program specifically designed for Hisar School at Space Camp Turkey – İzmir, on May 31st – June 2nd. Throughout the program our students spent three days filled with activities such as life on Mars, growing plants in space at a hydrophonics lab, observation of the planets, the constellations and the night sky in İzmir in the planetarium, observation of the moon with the telescope, rocket building and launching, examining astronaut outfits, and space station mission. Students earned their certificates at the end of the program with a graduation ceremony.
