Ruth Kirkpatrick, a leading story teller from Scotland, shared some examples from her repertoire consisting of stories ad songs that she developed over the years with our 6th grade students on Friday April 20. She told tales with songs and poems from her own motherland in a fun and interactive way. She also told a tale from Anatolia in her presentation. Our 6th grade students developed a better understanding of tales and their being products of cultures and their value for our world. Our students spent a very enjoyable 2 hours. We sincerely thank Mrs. Körkpatrick for her contribution.
