”Speak Up for the Climate” event prepared by Middle School Social Sciences Department took place on November 7 with the purpose of creating an awareness regarding reasons and results of the climate change and possible solutions to it. During the event students were asked questions as to the implications of climate change and then they watched a movie exemplifying some of the consequences of wrong practices that cause global warming and climate change. They then visited the ”sunflower field” they prepared with contributions from Modern Languages, Turkish and English Departments.
