Ninth grade students Bora T., Deniz A., and Süeda H. and tenth grade students Alp E., Belis S., Cem L. and Mira S. participated in a Model United Nations event in German on October 22 at Üsküdar American Academy. The other guest school was St. Georgs-Kolleg where the instruction of language is in German. Our students were praised for making strong, articulate points with correct pronunciation in German about the theme, “Human Rights and Seeking Asylum.” It was a proud moment to witness our students proudly representing Hisar in their second foreign language.
