Our Community Services Department organized a series of online workshops on climate change, one of the most important agenda items of the world, open to all our employees and High School students.
The workshops with expert speakers in their fields, each more rich than the other, brought awareness to the participants about the climate and at the same time ensured the formation of an action group.
As a result of all these efforts, the “Climate Change Action Group” consisting of Hisar employees and High School students took action to create an action plan to share its knowledge with both our school community and the surrounding schools. The group came together with Stanford University academics to adapt the climate change unit of Stanford University Teacher Education Program Department, and continues to work with great enthusiasm.
