In order to inform the society about the benefits of genetic research and its impact on our lives, the “DNA Day” is celebrated every year on April 25th. As part of the celebrations of this day, our 2009 graduate Tuğçe Tunalılar came together with our 9th and 10th grade students in an online seminar.

Tuğçe, who completed her university education in the field of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Princeton University, shared with our students the latest developments and knowledge in the structure of DNA, DNA in molecular biology applications, Covid-19 and vaccine types developed, and big data processing in biology science.
